Senior Exercise with Dena
These classes are designed to help folks, ages 50 and older stay fit in an enjoyable, social and supportive setting. Dena leads a low-impact aerobics class, which includes stretching and use of free weights. Emphasis on cardiovascular fitness and endurance, maintaining range of motion, and injury prevention!
