Fused Glass Workshop
Glass fusing is the bonding of separate pieces of glass by high heat, administered in a kiln. It’s easy to learn the basics of glass fusing, it’s fun, and the possibilities are endless. There is a vast range of techniques, and we are always experimenting! During this 4-part session, students will learn the basics of glass fusing to create fused glass art pieces of their design. Every week we will build on those skills to challenge ourselves and explore deeper the world of glass fusing! Note* All fused glass projects must fire in the kiln and can take up to 2-weeks to be complete. You are responsible for retrieving your pieces from The Glass Bar.

Half Days - Glass Fusing Class
There’s something special about glass, there’s no doubt about that. From traditional Stained Glass Windows to modern fused glass plates, glass has a way of captivating us. Come, experience for your self the wonders of working with glass to create a fused glass plate. Students will learn how to cut, shape, and design glass safely in order to create their very own fused glass sun catcher. Display your sun catcher in your window for years to come! Note* All fused glass projects must fire in the kiln and can take up to 2-weeks to be complete. You are responsible for retrieving your pieces from The Glass Bar.
