Sung style 8 Direction Samurai Sword Form
 (Padded swords will be used!)
                     
There will be a variety of active games played (Dodge ball, Ninja hockey, Double noodle tag, etc.) along with the sword form. Lunch time stories of Chinese wit and wisdom. Discussion and practical application of some of the great sage Lao Tzu’s lessons.
