Meditative Marbling for parents
Led by artist and art therapist Tova Speter, this meditative art workshop invites parents to take a little time to relax and recharge. You will learn how to use colorful inks that float on water to let go of things that might be weighing you down. This Japanese paper marbling technique known as Suminagashi allows you to de-stress while being present in the moment with calming music and each other, focusing on re-centering our minds and strengthening our spirit.

All materials provided, no art experience necessary! Spots are limited.
