Fall 2025: Girls on the Run (GOTR) • Register • View Cart •

Girls on the Run is more than just a running program. While participants will train to complete a 5K (3.1 miles) event at their "Happy Pace," they will also learn social emotional lessons that will help them build their confidence and resilience, make new friends, identify and express emotions, and develop strategies for overcoming life's challenges. 


A GOTR season looks like this:
  • Your team meets twice a week for eight weeks (16 lessons)
  • Caring coaches lead fun lessons and games, group discussions, and physical activities
  • Each team dreams up and completes a Community Impact Project that helps make the world a better place.
