Volunteers Around Needham - NewBridge on the Charles • Register • View Cart •

Needham High School students are invited to an orientation to learn more about the volunteer opportunities available throughout the school year at Hebrew SeniorLife's NewBridge on the Charles and how they can earn 30+ hours of community service to meet their CSL requirements for graduation.

During this 90-minute introduction, you'll meet with staff from the NewBridge team to learn about the seniors living in this community, be given a tour of the campus, and have time to drop-in on an activity with the residents. Moving forward, students who are interested in volunteering on a more regular basis can coordinate with NewBridge to do so. Volunteer days will include games, crafts, friendly visitation and more. NewBridge offers flexibility when it comes to scheduling around school hours. Students will receive community service credit for their participation in the kickoff!
