Join Youth & Family Services for "Navigating Divorce: Informed Parents, Supported Kids, Connected Families"

If you find yourself asking questions such as "How can we support each other and talk about this?", "How can I take care of myself?", or "Should I be worried about my kids?", Youth & Family Services is hosting three workshops aimed to support you and your kids through the experience of divorce.

The kids workshop will primarily focus on:
- Identifying feelings and emotions around the divorce
- Offering a space to make connections with others who are experiencing similar situations
*Kids ages K-12 are welcome and age-appropriate conversations will be catered to participants.

The adult workshop will primarily focus on:
- Ways to discuss the divorce with your children
- Ways to have open and authentic conversations
- Ways to practice self-care

Parents and children will attended their respective workshops at the same date, time and location for parallel support. Pizza dinner is served for the kids workshop.
Please register each individual member of your household who will be attending.
