Impact Speed and Conditioning training sessions are designed for athletes grades 5 to 9, Impact Speed and Conditioning focuses on getting faster and improve their fitness in a fun high energy environment. Take your athleticism to new heights and get prepared for your fall sports!”


Impact Speed and Agility is run by Coach DJ Brock:
DJ Brock is a coach for Acton-Boxborough Regional High School's Boys track and field team, where since 2017 he has helped the team win 12 Dual County League Championships and three Division 1 State Championships.  DJ has also coached individual 1 MA Middle School Champion, 32 Individual Division 1 MA Champions, 10 All-State Champions, 1 New England Champion, and 10 All-Americans. He has coached 70 Dual County League All-Stars, and 10 Boston Globe All-Scholastics and multiple Division 1 Athletes. DJ was named the 2023 Boston Globe All-Scholastic Coach of the Year for Division 1 Track, and 2024 MSTCA Coach of the Year.
