This yoga inspired moderate intensity class explores various yoga poses with breath awareness.  Also integrated will be light weights.  We will focus on spinal flexibility, balance exercises and core strengthening.  This class is mat based.
 
About the teacher:
 
Ed is a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor with many years experience.  He teaches both mat based and chair yoga.  Ed is also a long time licensed body worker specializing in stress reduction technique.
