Come join Robyn Isman, LICSW, therapy and anxiety expert for a SPACE (Supportive Parenting of Anxious Childhood Emotions) informed 3 part series.
In this series, you will learn:
1) the basics of how our kids experience anxiety in their brains and bodies,
2) the interpersonal nature of anxiety between parent and child, and
3) most importantly, how we as parents can help to prevent our child's anxiety from worsening and sticking around through language and behaviors of our own
Your child does NOT have to have a diagnosed anxiety disorder for this series to be helpful. This approach can be as much preventative as it is responsive. Parents of kids ages 3 and all the way through high school can benefit from this knowledge.
