As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, Youth & Family Services is offering a free QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) training for adults, which involves the 3 simple steps that anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide.

Individuals trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help.

Training provided by certified clinical staff from Needham Youth & Family Services.
