Summer 2025: High School Swim Conditioning • Register • View Cart •

RRC Pool
Do you swim or dive for your high school team? Do you want to get a jump start to your swim or dive season? Join the Needham Sharks Swim Coaches as they whip you into shape for your season! Start your season off right! Participants must have competitive swimming experience and/or have passed American Red Cross Level 4 and be proficient in all four competitive strokes.

Age: 13*—18 *Must be an incoming High School Freshman
Session 1: Monday, August 4—Friday, August 8
Session 2: Monday, August 11—Friday, August 15
Session 3: Monday, August 18--Friday August 22
Time: 10:00am—12:00pm
Location: The Pools at Rosemary Recreation Complex
Limits: Swim Conditioning: 30 participants per session (minimum of 4)
