Join veteran Kripalu certified yoga instructor Ed in this morning class as he welcomes students of all levels to begin their day with pranayama (breath regulation) along with an array of asana (postures) designed to improve posture, balance, spinal flexibility and deep relaxation ! This is a mat based class.
About the teacher:
Ed is a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor with many years experience. He teaches both mat based and chair yoga. Ed is also a long time licensed body worker specializing in stress reduction technique.
