VIP: Valuable Interactions Among Peers
VIP (Valuable Interactions Among Peers) is a weekly peer mentoring program for elementary students in grades 3, 4, and 5 to spend quality time with a high school mentor. Meetings are supervised by Needham Youth & Family Services staff and designed to provide a fun and engaging atmosphere for all!
VIP meets every Wednesday, 5:30-6:30pm
October 21st, 2026 - March 17th, 2027
Center at the Heights, 300 Hillside Ave, Needham
Bigs are required to attend from 5:15-6:45pm.
Benefits of the program include (but are not limited to!)
- Having a safe place to talk, build relationships, and practice social skills
- Having an opportunity to have fun, play games, and interact with a mentor
- Mentors earn 30 hours of community service credit for active participation
- No registration fee required
