2026 High School Swim Conditioning Clinics
Do you swim or dive for your high school team? Do you want to get a jump start to your swim or dive season? Join the Needham Sharks Swim Coaches as they whip you into shape for your season! Start your season off right! Participants must have competitive swimming experience and/or have passed American Red Cross Level 4 and be proficient in all four competitive strokes.
Age: 13 - 18* (Must be an incoming High School Freshman)
Session 1: Monday, August 11 - Friday, August 14
Session 2: Monday, August 17 - Friday August 21
Time: 9:45am - 11:45am
Location: The Pools at Rosemary Recreation Complex
Limits: 30 participants per session (minimum of 4)
