Needham Public Health: Art for Recovery and Resilience: A Therapeutic Art Series
This four-session therapeutic art series offers a safe and welcoming space for people impacted by any form of mental health or addiction challenge. Explore wellness, recovery, and resilience through guided art activities. Facilitated by local art therapist Tova Speter in partnership with Needham Public Health, participants will engage their creative capacity as they take time to be present in the moment, process experiences of recovery, hope, and reconnect with personal strengths and community. No art skills are required—only a willingness to create, play, reflect, and connect.
This series is a pilot that is sponsored by the Needham Public Health Division funded by Needham's Opioid Settlement Funds. For questions or scholarships contact Angi MacDonnell amacdonnell@needhamma.gov or 781-708-1752
