Kids' Night Out - Kids Night Out - October Give yourself the night off and treat your child to a supervised night of fun and interactive games, unique craft projects, a pizza dinner AND a movie! PJs and sleeping bags are not required but are allowed & encouraged! KNO FAQsWhat is the schedule for the night?- Between 5:30 and 6:15, participants can play games, do crafts, color, or play with our toys. At 6:15, we will clean up and get ready for dinner. At 6:30, dinner will be served. Between 7:00 and 7:15, we will start the movie. The movie will usually run until 8:30, at which point we will start packing up everyone’s things and playing some games until pick up at 9:00.What is served for dinner?- Plain cheese pizza from Nicholas’ Pizza and water.What should participants bring with them?- We recommend each child bring a water bottle, a blanket, or sleeping bag for the movie!NEW THIS YEAR!!Theme Nights!! October: Arts and Crafts NightFall themed arts and crafts projects will be available in addition our variety of games and activities before the movie starts. Needham Community Theatre: Acting Programs for Youth & Teens - NCT: Broadway Bootcamp Theatre FunStudents will learn elemental acting and scene work skills, creating props and scenery to put together a little showcase on the last day of class. The show may consist of a student-created script or scenes put together from fairy tales, stories and current entertainment. No experience or special clothing required.Broadway BootcampStudents will learn the three elements of musical theater: acting, singing, and dancing. They will explore scenes and songs from a variety of musicals, from classic hits to new ones. In addition, we will create props and scenery which will all come together in a showcase on the last day of class. No experience or special clothing needed. No program on 11/19 or 11/26.Teen Actors Studio - What are the vital tools for success needed to “break out of your box” and confidently showcase your ability to play a range of characters at auditions, callbacks and in all of your performances? This class is designed for teen actors eager for individualized feedback and training, who will be given the tools every actor needs to build their confidence and raise their acting and audition skills to the next level. Kids Test Kitchen - Fall 2025: Kids Test Kitchen Kids' Test Kitchen is on a mission to get young eaters cooking, tasting, and thinking about healthy ingredients! Working as a team, we'll slice, dice, peel, measure, and cook until we've prepared the finished dish. At the end, each student will receive the main ingredient, or a sample of the finished dish, and the recipe so that they can show off what they've learned!

Providing CPR to someone in need does not require that you have a certificate to show that you know what you are doing. But sometimes your employer requires you to give them exactly that, or you just want to have it "just in case".If you need the certificate, you can purchase it here. This is separate from your class and the payment goes to American Heart Association. The cost is $10 for students K-12The cost is $25 for anyone else.

Fall 2025: Puddlestompers Outdoor Explorers - Fall 2025: Puddlestompers Outdoor Explorers Come explore nature after school this spring! Discover worms and other exciting life in the soil. Search for signs of animals and their food sources. Learn how plants grow and look for rainbows after rain showers. Investigate birds building their new nests. We will use hands-on exploration activities, active movement, STEM – based experiments, crafts, and stories to investigate the natural world around us. Each lesson has been created to meet Massachusetts STEM standards and is specially crafted to be fun and engaging.
